Push Notifications

Receive notifications on your device even when the app is not open.

Enable Push Notifications​

Mobile (iOS / Android)​

  1. When first opening the app, you'll be prompted to allow notifications.
  2. Tap Allow to enable push notifications.
  3. If you previously denied, go to your device Settings > Unio > Notifications and enable them.

Desktop​

  1. Your browser will prompt you to allow notifications.
  2. Click Allow to receive desktop notifications.

Web​

  1. When you first visit Unio, your browser will ask for notification permissions.
  2. Click Allow to enable browser notifications.

Notification Preferences​

You can customize notification settings per conversation:

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Go to the conversation Settings.
  3. Adjust notification preferences (all messages, mentions only, or mute).
